    Our primary service interactions, which involve photo submission and payment, occur off the Auraverse website through external, third-party platforms.

    By engaging with us for a reading via Instagram DM, you acknowledge and agree to the following strict policy:

    • Photo Handling: Images shared with us via Instagram DM are solely for the co-founder’s human, intuitive analysis. The photo will be permanently deleted from our Instagram message history within 24 hours after your full vibe profile is delivered. We do not store, download, share, or use your image for any other purpose, including AI training.
    • Payment & Financial Data: Payments are processed through external platforms (such as your bank’s UPI, PayPal, or another third-party service). We do not collect or store your financial data. All transactions are governed by the privacy and security policies of the respective payment processor.
    • Third-Party Terms: Your interactions with Auraverse on Instagram (Meta) are governed by Meta’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, for which Auraverse holds no responsibility.

    3. How We Use Your Data

    Your data is used strictly to:

    • Generate and deliver the personalized aura insights you paid for.
    • Send you relevant updates, newsletters, or vibe-based content (only if you explicitly opted-in via the website).
