By accessing the Auraverse website or engaging in a service consultation via Instagram DM or any external platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform or our services.
2. Purpose of the Service
Auraverse is designed to be your emotional compass and energy filter, providing human-interpreted insights for personal discernment regarding social connections. All aura insights and vibe profiles are symbolic and subjective. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, or relationship advice.
3. User Obligations for Photo Submission
Our service involves the analysis of personal images. When submitting a photo of a third party (a person other than yourself), you agree that the image will be used solely for your own personal self-preservation and awareness. You affirm that you will not use the resulting insights for any malicious, harassing, discriminatory, or public-facing purpose. You confirm you have the necessary rights to share the image for this specific service.
4. Off-Site Service, Payment, and Refunds
The human aura analysis, payment collection, and final insight delivery occur off the Auraverse website via external platforms (such as Instagram DM). Auraverse is not responsible for the security or terms of service of those external platforms.
All services must be paid for in advance. Due to the bespoke, human-powered nature of the analysis, all sales are final once the reading process has begun. We do not have any refund policy, once the payment is done you must accept the analysis however.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Auraverse, including vibe types, aura visuals, copy, and branding, is the intellectual property of Auraverse and its creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content without written permission. However, you retain ownership of the specific text-based insight delivered to you for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. User Conduct and Service Refusal
You agree to use Auraverse respectfully. Any misuse, spamming, or attempts to disrupt the platform, or submission of illegal/prohibited content, may result in immediate restricted access or termination of service without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
Auraverse and its creators are not liable for any emotional, relational, or personal outcomes resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on the subjective insights. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims or costs arising from your violation of these Terms, particularly those related to the submission or misuse of third-party images.
8. External Links and Modifications
Auraverse may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
